What is Hypnosis?
Authentic Hypnosis is a technique where You gain
the ability to create within Yourself simultaneous
total relaxation, inner focus and sharp concentration.
As a well trained and experienced Therapist I assist
You to reach within Your subconscious mind for
the internal Calm and inner peace that we all have
deep inside.
It is important to realise that Hypnosis is in itself
merely the “vehicle” that is used to achieve that
Relaxation, Focus and Concentration,and
wherein the Therapeutic work that You and I need to
do together to achieve your goal,
with these sessions, is achieved.
Who is in charge under hypnosis?
You are.
The whole process is based on You being willing to
enter into Hypnosis and being willing
to work together to achieve Your Goal!
As Your Therapist it is my job to be Your guide
in showing You how to do that in the best way for You.
Will I be able to "wake up" after the session?
As You are not 'asleep' during Hypnosis just relaxed
and focused You will feel refreshed and
calm afterwards.
